  1. titled "The Neglected Role of Talent Proactivity: Integrating Proactive Behavior into Talent-Management Theorizing" piques my curiosity, and I can see why.....?

    The author of this essay makes the case that it is no longer appropriate to see employees as passive beneficiaries of talent-management strategies. Instead, he contends that by acting pro-actively, employees may actively participate in their own talent management.
